The population of India and China are almost same to be specific China takes the first place by having 1.42 Billion and India by having 1.35 Billion
भारत और चीन की जनसंख्या लगभग समान है, चीन पहले स्थान पर 142 करोड़ जनसंख्या वाला, और भारत 135 करोड़ जनसंख्या वाला है।
Certain points to ponder on 2017 IPR statistics are as follows:-
2017 IPR आंकड़ों पर विचार करने के लिए कुछ बिंदु निम्नानुसार हैं:
1. There are 12.45 Lakhs residents patents filings among the population of 1.42 Billion whereas in India the filings by Indian resident is 14 thousands. This implies that china resident filing is 88 times i.e of India or we can approx 8800% of Indian resident filing. Which is huge gap
चीन की 142 करोड़ की आबादी के बीच 12.45 लाख पेटेंट फाइल होते हैं, जबकि भारत में भारतीयो द्वारा केवल 14 हज़ार पेटेंट फाइल किये जाते है। इसका तात्पर्य यह है कि चीन के निवासियो द्वारा पेटेंट दाखिल करना भारत का 88 गुना है या हम भारतीयो के पेटेंट दाखिल करने के 8800% के लगभग हो सकते हैं। जो बहुत बड़ा अंतर है।
2. Same way with the filing of trademarks and industrial designs shows the difference that is alarming and needs to be checked for the betterment.
ट्रेडमार्क और औद्योगिक डिजाइनों के आवेदन में भी इसी तरीके का अंतर दिखता है जो चिंताजनक है
Today our country’s large part is untouched and unreachable with respect to IPR due to the language barrier.
आज हमारे देश का बड़ा हिस्सा भाषा-अवरोध के कारण IPR के संबंध में अछूता और अगम्य है।
The basic Intention of presenting IP-initial® awards 2020 is a step to promote IPR in untouched and unreachable part of India and provide recognition for people and organisation in using Hindi Language for there IPR filing.
IP-initial® पुरुस्कार 2020 को पेश करने का मूल इरादा भारत के अछूते और अगम्य भाग में IPR को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक कदम है और वहां हिंदी में IPR फाइल करने वाले लोगों और संगठन को सम्मान प्रदान करना है।
