The Company shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in performance arising from events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters;
  • Cyberattacks;
  • Power or infrastructure failures;
  • Government actions;
  • Internet disruptions;
  • Labor disputes; or
  • Force majeure events.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20. Amendments

The Company may revise or update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Company’s website or platform unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Services after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
