The foundation of Siddhast traces back, where four aspiring professionals from traditional business families came together with a shared vision of building an organization dedicated to innovation, consulting, and intellectual property development.
What began as a collaborative vision among passionate innovators gradually evolved into Siddhast — a multidisciplinary organization committed to supporting scientific thinking, digital transformation, innovation protection, and sustainable business growth.
Over the years, Siddhast has expanded into multiple business verticals while remaining rooted in the values of knowledge, research, ethics, collaboration, and long-term value creation.
Founders
Roshan Agarwal
Roshan Agarwal is the Founder, Former CEO and currently serving as Senior Consultant of Siddhast with over two decades of experience in Intellectual Property Rights, innovation consulting, patent intelligence, and technology-driven business strategy. He specializes in helping organizations protect innovation, manage intellectual assets, and build commercially valuable IP portfolios.
An alumnus of the Indian Law Institute and a participant in the WIPO Summer School on Intellectual Property, Geneva, he has worked extensively in global patent data solutions, innovation management, and IP advisory services. Along with leading Siddhast, he is also actively involved in promoting indigenous scientific development and innovation awareness through various professional and academic initiatives.
Mayank Agarwal
Mayank Agarwal is the Co-Founder of Siddhast with extensive experience in technology consulting, enterprise systems, operations management, and innovation-driven business development. He worked with leading organizations including SAP Labs India and I-flex Solutions (now Oracle Financial Services), where he contributed to enterprise software development, SAP Basis consulting, product support, and banking technology solutions for global clients.
He later co-founded Litchi and played a key role in establishing IT development centers and supporting technology-led business initiatives. Mayank is also actively involved in innovation and educational ecosystem development through his work with engineering institutions and incubation initiatives.
Currently, he serves as Head of Operations at Sri Aurobindo Society, where he contributes to organizational operations, strategic management, and development initiatives.
Mukesh Agarwal
Mukesh Agrawal is a seasoned serial entrepreneur, veteran edtech consultant, and a foundational pillar of Siddhast. With over two decades of experience in transforming educational and technological landscapes, Mukesh has built a reputation for identifying potential and nurturing breakthrough ventures from the ground up.
His entrepreneurial journey took a major step forward in the year 2000 with the establishment of Agarwal Classes in Munirka, Delhi—a venture that quickly became a trusted name in quality education. Recognizing early on the massive potential where education meets scalable technology, Mukesh expanded his horizon toward institutional building and strategic incubation.
In 2005, Mukesh played a pivotal role in the inception of Siddhast. Serving as the primary catalyst, he provided the vital seed support and strategic backing that enabled co-founders Roshan Agarwal and Gaurav Singhal to launch and scale the organization. Though he is no longer part of the active day-to-day operations at Siddhast, his early vision, foundational backing, and entrepreneurial spirit remain an integral part of the company's heritage and ongoing journey
Gaurav Singhal
Gaurav Singhal is the Co-Founder of Siddhast and an experienced Intellectual Property strategist with over 17 years of expertise across corporate industry, law firms, startups, and private practice. He specializes in patent strategy, global IP portfolio management, patent drafting and prosecution, innovation consulting, and business-aligned intellectual property advisory.
He has worked with leading organizations including Siemens Information Systems Ltd., international law firms, startups, universities, and technology companies across multiple jurisdictions including India, the United States, Europe, China, Japan, and Australia.
Currently, he serves as the Founder & Principal of Singhwal Techlaw (OPC) Private Limited and is a registered Indian Patent Agent (IN/PA-1426). He has handled more than 1,000 patent matters globally and is recognized for helping organizations build strong, commercially valuable, and defensible intellectual property portfolios.
